Thank you very much for booking with Boardman Instruction. We strive to provide you with a quality of service that exceeds your expectations. We hope that you enjoy your experience with us and choose to return. Here is our small print.
Please read these terms and conditions before making a booking. By making a booking with us you agree to the terms and conditions listed below.
All bookings with Boardman instruction are subject to these conditions. This contract will be governed by, and construed and interpreted in accordance with, English law.
Clients using our services must pay the appropriate fee in full, before a booking is considered confirmed.
Prices may be subject to revision.

In the event of you cancelling your reservation, the following charges apply: Less than 24 hours before scheduled lesson - no refund. More than 24hrs before, a full refund will be provided minus fees or charges incurred via paypal. A reimbursement of payments already made is also possible with accidents with presentation of the original receipt via email confirmation and with a medical certificate from a local doctor.
No refund will be given by Boardman Instruction, in whole or in part, for unused lessons due to client missing time allocations, resort closure due to weather conditions or mechanical failure, or for any other cause outside the control of Boardman Instruction.
With regards to multiple lesson bookings, failure to book additional lessons within the 10 day window could result in loss of lesson with no refund given
Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for things outside of our control, such as bad weather, or piste, lift or resort closure, or mechanical failure, travel issues. If we are unable to provide our services due to something outside of our control we will not provide a refund, but we are happy to provide a letter for your insurance company.
Boardman Instruction reserves the right to cancel its lessons for a variety of reasons. Full refunds of unused lessons will be made in this instance.
Course places are not transferable
Boardman Instruction will not insure its clients. You are obliged to insure yourself for third party liability. We suggest you arrange an appropriate policy which includes personal, medical and rescue insurance with a licensed agent.
For reasons of safety, it is a condition of booking that you will respect the professional judgement of your instructor while you are reviewing your feedback.
Clients should present themselves in a fit and safe condition for physical activity in the mountain environment.
Participants with a specific diet or with health problems are asked to take all necessary precautions and measures and to inform Boardman Instruction about it at the moment of the registration. These details will be treated on a confidential basis with the instructor.
Reservations are only regarded as firm bookings after written confirmation by Boardman Instruction. The offers from Boardman Instruction are subject to alteration.
The contract partner has to inform Boardman Instruction about its skills and experiences with skiing truthfully and comprehensively as well as individually taking care of the condition of the skiing technology and to the external conditions of the appropriate equipment.
Skiing and snowboarding are hazardous activities and you undertake them at your own risk. Full skiing insurance is strongly advised, as we cannot be held responsible for any injury, losses or accidents which occur during your lesson. The instructors will advise on the appropriate terrain for the level of skier or boarder.
If skiing off piste or in adverse snow conditions, it is done so at your own risk and we accept no liability for injuries sustained. Please ensure that you have adequate insurance to ski off-piste. We strongly recommend you to wear avalanche safety equipment and ski with a local guide or instructor.
If for any reason you are not happy with the session or service provided please let us know at the earliest opportunity to enable us to deal with your feedback effectively.

During your analysis, Boardman Instruction may take photos of clients and children under the age of 18 skiing and boarding. Our instructors also use photography and videos in order to give feedback and instruction. If you do not wish us to take or use imagery or footage of you for marketing purposes please say so at the time.
