Pre-season down time!

Hey everyone,

I thought I would update you on how everything is going. The first week since the launch has been manic! With lots of great feedback coming back and tweaks being made. Thank you to everyone for all their input!

I am currently in hot and sunny Bali enjoying some down time before heading over to Japan for the inevitably amazing winter. I've been fortunate enough to stay at the sensational Villa Elleo, with their amazing staff and hospitality. I'd recommend anyone staying here if they are ever in Bali. You'll be happy to know after just one day in the sun I've turned into a tomato!

I've spent time listing all the exciting topics and ideas I want to share with you throughout winter, with tips and tricks on different issues and areas of skiing, which I am very exited for! Once I have started out in Japan you should expect the first one of these to head your way. It's been a great week, I'm both excited and nervous about this venture that you are joining me in!

I hope you all have some skiing booked in for the coming winter where ever you are in the world. As you know there are many exercises you can do to help prep yourself the the white stuff, but if you are stuck for time and stuck for ideas the two simplest and some of the most effective exercises for getting ski ready would be squats and core exercises. Both of these help keep a stable upper body and allow use to use our leg muscles efficiently when skiing! If you getting some laps in either up on a glacier or even in a snow-dome / dry slope, feel free to get in touch about some video feedback via the website.

Thanks for reading everyone!
